Each entry in
each category is scrutinized by three judges. Each judge scores the
entries from 100 (perfect) to 0. The three scores are averaged to come up
with one score. The highest scoring entries in each category are the
nominees and the highest score is the Maxwell Award winner. The number of
nominees depends upon the judges’ scores. Any entry that has an over all
low score will not be nominated. Nominees are listed in alphabetical
order.Winners are marked with an *.
